Relaxing Spa Experience

The spa facilities were great! I booked a massage at the smaller Yin Yang Spa and had full access to all the spa amenities for my entire stay. It was an very nice way to unwind, and the peaceful atmosphere made it a highlight of my trip.

I had a wonderful time at the Lifestyle Resort! The clean and spacious layout made my stay enjoyable, and the varied access to pools and beaches enhanced every moment. As for the Wi-Fi, it's great that it's free in certain areas, but I would recommend figuring out the lay of the land to avoid any shuttle confusion.

On the plus side, the service I received from Frank and Carmen was outstanding—they truly went above and beyond to assist me with my reservation issues, which was a huge relief. However, the state of the facility was disappointing; the promised villa was not available, and the dining options were subpar at best. Overall, the service was commendable, but the accommodations and food left much to be desired.
